Holiday Inn Express Towson- Baltimore North, An Ihg Hotel, Towson

I stayed at the hotel for a few days and had a mixed experience. The rooms were very spacious but in poor condition, missing light weight dumbbells. However, I was upgraded to a nice suite which was comfortable. The service ranged from unconcerned about charging my card to friendly and welcoming. The location was great for my traveling purposes, but the cleanliness was inconsistent. The dining experience was below expectations, with poorly distributed items and lack of coffee availability. Despite the drawbacks, the hotel had some redeeming qualities.
